Every saturday morning our master baker/ Sous chef Joe comes to work in the wee hours to make the dough, knead the dough, prove the dough, flavour the dough, shape the dough and then bake the dough.
Joe's specialty bread goes on sale from 12pm, straight from the oven....but you need to get in quick because we do sell out.
The bread flavours are posted each saturday on Facebook and Instagram or you are more than welcome to phone instead.
No preorder necessary however if you have a special request for a particular flavour Joe is more than happy to give it go!
